This was demonstrated by our recent acquisition of this key regeneration site on New Cross Road for our clients, JMH Group.

After a long battle with Lewisham Council, planning permission was won at Appeal for a new development of 44 apartments with ground floor commercial space. Shortly after this was announced we contacted the owners and despite a host of other interest, we were able to conclude an unconditional purchase in less than 7 days.

Our involvement in the project continues where we will be responsible for securing tenants for the commercial element, and managing the marketing and sale of the apartments.
