South-East London Deals Completed
South-East London offers some of the Capital’s most exciting emerging locations where improved infrastructure and transport links have seen increased demand from people wanting to live close to the centre of town but still at relatively affordable prices in context with South-West locations or areas North of the river.
August saw the completion of two more development site sales for Kingsbury in the SE quadrant; a former industrial building in Greenwich town centre with planning consent for 9 apartments plus retail space and a redundant yard in Catford with planning consent for 9 apartments and office space, for a combined price in of £3,640,000. The sites will be build out for open market sale in 2017.
